Freelancing has always come with a trade-off: independence or stability. In 2016, our founder, Roger Oudiz, rejected that trade-off. He saw skilled freelancers doing excellent work, paying for their independence in lower take-home pay, a lack of security, and evenings buried in admin. He built Hightekers to give freelancers a different deal, one that offers full benefits and full flexibility.

You freelance. We handle the admin, the invoicing, and all the admin that comes with running a freelance business.
Your income is split between a base salary and a profit share, giving you a compliant structure that puts more money in your pocket than standard self-employment.
