At Hightekers, our ambition is to build the most agile global platform for the Future of Work—one that makes global flexible employment simple, compliant, and rewarding for everyone. Over the past year, we have made significant progress toward this vision, and today marks another important step forward.

We’re excited to welcome Serviap Global, a LATAM-based Employer of Record (EOR) and contractor management provider with more than 15 years of regional expertise, into the Hightekers Group.

Earlier this year, we expanded our capabilities across Asia with the acquisition of Eos Global Expansion. Together, the Hightekers group now supports over 3,500 workers worldwide.

Why we are expanding in LATAM

Latin America has become a strategic region for companies hiring internationally. Serviap Global brings deep on-the-ground knowledge in markets such as Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, and others.

With this addition, Hightekers now operates directly in 40 countries, supported by a partner network covering more than 100 additional markets. This expanded coverage allows us to offer more local context, faster operational support, and stronger compliance guidance in regions where global hiring continues to accelerate.

A stronger global ecosystem for our clients

For our existing clients, nothing changes operationally. What does evolve is the scale of our human-centred EOR infrastructure and the depth of local expertise now available to them through the Hightekers Group.

Looking ahead to 2026

We have begun execution on the next phase of our evolution. By 2026, we plan to implement:

  • a unified global brand
  • a single technology platform supporting onboarding, workforce management, and compliance across all markets, and
  • enhanced self-service tools for both clients and workers.

These improvements will help us deliver a seamless, consistent global experience while staying true to what defines us: a human-first approach to international employment.
