No, you continue working with them exactly as you do today. The only change is that Hightekers sends the invoices on your behalf and manages the service agreement in the background. Your relationship with your client stays the same, and your account manager will support your transition to Hightekers to ensure your clients have full confidence in and awareness of the change.

What do my clients have to do?

Very little. Your dedicated account manager handles the introduction and sets up the service agreement directly with your client. From that point on, your client simply receives invoices from Hightekers rather than from you.

What happens if my client pays late?

With our payment protection, you receive your salary on time every month, regardless of when your client pays. We chase and deal with late payments on your behalf.

What if my income changes month to month?

Your base salary stays the same every month, regardless of what you bill. If you bill more, the additional income is paid as profit-sharing on top of that. If you bill less, your base salary is still guaranteed.

Yes. You can request a base salary adjustment through your account manager. This can be a permanent or temporary change. A temporary salary increase is often used by members to support mortgage or other loan applications.

There is a notice period in line with your employment contract. When you leave, any reserve we have built up on your behalf or any holiday pay owed is paid back to you in full. There are no penalties for leaving.

We build a reserve from your monthly billing to cover periods when you're not working. Your account manager can walk you through how this works and how much we will reserve based on your billing level.
