What inspired you to become a part of Hightekers as the Deputy Managing Director?

 

The Hightekers project is fully in line with my belief in the changing forms of work and my ambition to have the best experience in the IT sector. Hightekers has tailored its services to fulfil consultants’ desire for freedom while addressing their essential requirements.
The company’s DNA, which is 100% focused on consultant and customer satisfaction, accompanied by highly agile digital tools, has been confirmed by extraordinary growth and a high retention rate. One of the factors behind this growth is referral, proof of the relevance of our business model.

 

In your view, what unique strengths of our company convinced you that this was the right opportunity for your career growth?

 

The first asset is the genius of CEO Roger Oudiz in creating our platform. Consultants are free to carry out their own assignments, while benefiting from a simple and effective tool that also improves their income. All our teams are committed to meeting their expectations on a daily basis.

COVID-19, the need for freedom and the ability to work remotely have been key factors in Hightekers’ growth. The agile approach, the performance of the teams and the digital tools were key factors in my decision. Our CEO’s ambition to expand internationally and thus better meet the requirements of consultants and clients was very stimulating. My first steps at Hightekers made me want to be part of this great adventure.

 

What excites you the most about aligning Marketing, Sales, and HR strategies to contribute to the company’s growth and success?

 

I was lucky enough to be bitten by the human resources bug and the value of people in the development of a business. The virtuous circle that exists from the very first contact, thanks to the actions of the marketing teams, right through to the commitment of the sales teams to offering the best service, is at the heart of our daily actions with our public. 

The legal expertise of our HR team, combined with a reassuring approach, allows our consultants to concentrate on what they do best. Hightekers takes charge of the entire candidate experience in order to achieve its sole objective: the satisfaction of our partners.

 

In your opinion, what are the key challenges faced by our industry, and how do you think Hightekers can navigate these challenges?

 

The employment market and its rules are undergoing a global paradigm shift. The main challenge for Hightekers is to respond with customised offers adapted to each individual case, hence the Premium Service offer.  Current work habits and trends require a new approach to meet the growing need for freedom to do what you love in your professional life. Focus on your expertise, while leaving the day-to-day administrative and legal tasks to experts like Hightekers. 

The unlimited human needs of the IT sector are also an organic challenge for the company. Our ambition to integrate new members is a major challenge to fully meet the expectations of the technology market.
